Bromley incident: School put on lockdown after ‘man seen with gun’
The Metropolitan Police has conducted a search and advised schools to remain on lockdown after reports of a man seen on the streets with a firearm
A school was put on lockdown after reports of a man carrying a gun in south London.
A spokesperson from The Met Police said: “Police were called at 3:08pm on Tuesday, 11 February to a report of a male seen carrying a firearm at Dunkery Road, Bromley.” A spokesperson for Castlecombe School confirmed the school was instructed to close by the police.
