MAST provides NASDU accredited K9 Dog Units to support clients with guarding and drug and bomb detection services. Our in-house dog units are managed by former civilian police officers and are trained directly by their handlers. Whether our clients require an estate to be patrolled, a football stadium guarded on an event day, a physical deterrent or a more cost-effective solution to security, we can assess and help build a bespoke K9 package to best fit their needs.
As an Associate Company Member of NASDU Security Dog Users, we value what the NASDU promotes: Welfare, Standards, Training and Education within the Security Dog Sector.
The NASDU is recognised within the security industry by the Security Industry Authority (S.I.A), Skills for Security, BSIA, IPSA together with the Home Office, ACPO, MOD, DEFRA, BSI, as well as Animal Welfare Groups like Local Authority Dog Wardens. The NASDU aims to achieve and promote National Standards for all Trainers, Handlers and Dogs used within the Security Industry.
